Green Impact and Development Services Limited (GIDS) was founded and registered in Uganda on 30th January 2003.

GIDS Ltd is purely Ugandan. Initiated and owned by Ugandans, it is based in Uganda and operates independent of any affiliation.

GIDS is a group of environmental and natural resource management experts, development specialists, community and occupational health experts, water resource engineers and architects providing professional advice and management for development projects in Uganda and East Africa

From preliminary planning to design, costing, technical intervention and supervision of implementation, GIDS helps individuals, companies and organisations to sustainably reach their project goals. Modes of action are often tailored to specific circumstances of projects.

Our team leaders possess years of experience in their respective fields, and when appropriate, manage projects independently. By working together on projects that require a broader scope of of services, GIDS Consults can synthesise the many challenges into integrated, achievable programs. We search for financially sound, environmentally sensitive solutions, in close consultation with clients, to guarantee optimal standards. GIDS often collaborates with other consulting and contracting firms to undertake tasks through associating, sub-contracting and/or seconding personnel.
